Standard Production

Standard production turnaround for Make Me Better orders is 10–15 business days, unless a different turnaround is stated on the product page, invoice, quote, or order confirmation.

The production window begins once payment and all required order details, files, measurements, approvals, or other necessary information have been received.

​

Shipping time is separate from production time and is not included in the 10–15 business day production window.

Rush Orders

​

An order needed in fewer than 10 business days is considered a rush request.

​

Rush fees generally range from $5–$25 per item, depending on the product, quantity, complexity, materials required, and requested deadline.

​

Rush availability is not guaranteed. A rush request must be approved by Make Me Better before the shortened timeline is considered confirmed.

​

Rush fees must be paid before rush production begins.

​

Shipping

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier based on the size, weight, destination, and needs of the order.

​

Tracking information will be provided when available.

​

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier transit times and delays are outside of Make Me Better’s control.

​

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or requires reshipment because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Production timelines do not include weekends, holidays, carrier transit time, or delays caused by missing customer information or approvals.
