By placing an order, booking a service, submitting a custom project request, registering for an event, or purchasing through Make Me Better LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for the customer and are non-refundable and final sale. Work may begin shortly after payment is received, so custom orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including names, dates, sizes, colors, wording, quantities, images, deadlines, and other project specifications.

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and a revised completion date.

Production Turnaround

Standard production turnaround is 10–15 business days unless otherwise stated for a specific product or project.

Production time does not include shipping or carrier transit time.

​

Turnaround begins after all required information, payment, files, measurements, approvals, and other project materials have been received.

​

Rush Orders

Orders needed in fewer than 10 business days may be considered rush orders.

​

Rush service fees generally range from $5–$25 per item, depending on the product, quantity, project complexity, materials, and deadline.

​

Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be approved before the order is accepted.

​

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Carrier delays are outside of Make Me Better’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged Items

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographs. Verified damage will be reviewed for replacement or re-creation.

Creative Services

Quotes and pricing are based on the information available at the time of the request. Significant changes to project scope, quantity, design, materials, or timeline may require a revised quote.

Original design work, concepts, mockups, and creative files remain the property of Make Me Better unless ownership or transfer of files is specifically included in the purchased service.

​

By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, names, trademarks, or other materials for use in a project, the customer confirms that they have permission to use those materials.

​

Make Me Better reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope, capacity, timeline, or business standards.
