Terms & Conditions:

There are NO returns on customized items. This does not fall under the cancellation policy. If you place an order for a custom or personalized item, I cannot cancel your order. I can provide a proof of your design and keep you in the loop during your order process.

We ship all of our items through USPS Priority Mail or First Class depending on the product and will provide tracking as soon as it is available.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving your item. All I need is a picture of the damage and I will be glad to replace your damaged item. Proof must be provided within 24 hours of when tracking says your package was delivered.
